You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The products that meet the following conditions can be returned:
The product is unused and keeps the original packaging and accessories
The product is not stained, scratched, or damaged by human factors
With a valid order number and proof of purchase
2. Non-returnable situations
The following situations will not be accepted for return:
Exceeding the return period
The product has been used, worn or damaged by human factors
Due to individual preferences (such as color, size does not meet expectations) but the product itself has no quality problems
3. Return process
Contact support team: Please contact us at fulfillmenteu@drivedrinkgear.com and provide the order number, reason for return and product photos (if there are quality issues).
Waiting for confirmation: Customer service will confirm the return eligibility and provide the return address.
Returning the goods: Please use a traceable logistics method to return the goods to ensure transportation safety.
Acceptance and refund: After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 5 working days, and the money will be returned to your payment method.
4. Shipping instructions
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, no longer needed), the buyer must bear the shipping costs.
5. Refund instructions
The refund will be returned in the original payment method, and the arrival time depends on your payment institution, usually 6 working days.
