2. Non-returnable situations

The product has been used, worn or damaged by human factors

3. Return process

Waiting for confirmation: Customer service will confirm the return eligibility and provide the return address.
Returning the goods: Please use a traceable logistics method to return the goods to ensure transportation safety.
Acceptance and refund: After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 5 working days, and the money will be returned to your payment method.
4. Shipping instructions
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, no longer needed), the buyer must bear the shipping costs.
5. Refund instructions
The refund will be returned in the original payment method, and the arrival time depends on your payment institution, usually 6 working days.
