We are headquartered in the Czech Republic and select the best logistics center for shipping based on the order destination to ensure efficient and timely transportation.

Yes, we support shipping to most countries and regions in the world. Shipping costs and estimated arrival times will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your address.

3. How long does it take to ship international orders?

Shipping times vary by region. Please note that factors such as holidays and customs inspections may cause delays.

4. Which models are the products suitable for?

The cup holders we sell are universal designs and are suitable for most models of conventional installation locations such as the center console, armrest area or air outlet. If you have any questions, please provide your model and we will help you confirm compatibility.

6. Can I return the product?

Yes. You can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

7. Do you cover the shipping costs for international returns?

If the return is due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons, the international shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

8. Can the order be canceled or modified?

If the order has not been shipped, we can assist in canceling or modifying it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified.

9. What should I do if I don’t receive the tracking number?

Usually within 1 working day after shipment, the system will send an email with tracking information to the email address you filled in when placing the order. Please check the spam folder or contact us to obtain it.
